Beaverton INFINITI is looking for experienced parts professionals. We are growing and in need of the right people to fill these positions. If you have experience with Nissan, INFINITI and/or CDK, step to the front of the line!
You will work closely with our service team to provide excellent customer service to our customers. You will greet them and determine what parts they need for their service, and process payments for purchased items. You will also oversee the inventory, unpack materials and document each shipment to ensure inventory.
Position is onsite, full time, five days per week (will include Saturdays). Bilingual skills (Spanish) is a plus. Excellent earning potential, full benefits.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At least one year of automotive dealership parts experience required (those without will not be considered)
At least one year of direct, customer-facing customer service experience with related computer skills
CDK experience a strong plus
Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly, helpful attitude
A smile on your face and in your voice at all times
Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including Saturdays
Exemplary punctuality and attendance
Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening (if a chosen candidate)
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Current/Valid driver's license
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers
Pull and fill orders from stock
Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders, if necessary
Notify the service advisors and the customer when special ordered parts have been received
Follow up on back-ordered parts
Verify will-call and back-order files
Replenish assigned inventory daily
Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders
Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization
Be trained on wholesale
Ensure that all charge sales are signed by the customer
Issue credit for parts returned; ensure that the original invoice, or its number, is available to verify purchase and pricing
Issue and track requested shop tools to technicians
Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts
Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered
Other tasks as requested
